摘要
在指导老师的引导下,以学生为主导应用适合当代大学生特点的学习方法组织各种学习活动,引导学生培养自主学习能力,调动学生的学习积极性,发挥个人能动性;建立一个相互交流、相互学习的平台,共同解决学习中遇到的问题,加强学生之间的沟通;提前进入临床学习模式。成立学习管理组织,学生自己管理自己的学习,突出强调由一部分人带动另一部分人学习。
Under the guidance of instructors and dominated by students, using the learning methods suitable for contemporary university students' characteristics to organize various learning activities, can guide students to cultivate autonomous learning a-bility, arouse the enthusiasm of students' learning, and give play to their personal initiative;we should also establish a mutual ex-changes and mutual learning platform to solve the problems in the study, and strengthen the communication among students; the above is to help students enter the clinical learning mode in ad-vance. Besides, a learning management organization should be established, so as to help students manage their own learning, and highlight their mutual help in learning.
