高职院校创新教学管理内涵研究

Research on the Connotation of Innovative Teaching Management in Higher Vocational Colleges

我国的高等职业教育自1999年以来在院校数量、办学规模以及人才培养的理念、模式上得到了迅速的发展。高职院校因为其本身的高教性、职业性与区域性特点,在教学管理上不能完全仿效普通高校,需要探索适合高职院校培养不可替代人才的创新教学管理模式。

Since 1999, China＇s higher vocational education has achieved a rapid development in college number, educational scale, talent cultivation idea and model. Due to the higher educa-tional, occupational and regional characteristics, higher vocation-al colleges cannot completely imitate common colleges, and they should explore an irreplaceable innovative teaching management model suitable for the talent cultivation of higher vocational col-leges.
