湿磨系统在湿法脱硫中应用非常广泛,但也存在不少问题。分析了湿式球磨机运行电流下降、系统堵塞等堵磨现象产生的原因,探讨了湿磨系统堵磨后的处理方法。采取针对性的检修及运行措施,形成一套完整的方案,可以预防湿式球磨机堵磨事件发生,为湿式球磨机堵磨处理及预防提供了参考。

Wet grinding system has its own advantages,is widely used in the FGD,but there are many problems. Based on the analysis of the event block wear serious problem,describe the wet bal mil running current decrea-ses,system blockage blockage grinding phenomenon,starting from the basic principle of grinding,blocking rea-sons,results show that the ratio of bal mil grinding has led to a serious imbalance of plugging. And introduces the processing method of the blocked after grinding,taken for the maintenance and operation measures,forming a complete set of solutions,can prevent the blockage of a wet bal mil grinding events,as the wet bal mil grind-ing process,found that blocking,provides the experience of preventing wet bal mil blocking.
