Method discussion for welding procedure additional evaluation of stainless steel clad plate

沿用NB/T 47014—2011《承压设备焊接工艺评定》中"焊接工艺附加评定"这一概念,根据不锈钢复合板的特性与焊接工艺特点,针对化学成分和晶间腐蚀敏感性两方面,围绕评定范围、评定条件、评定因素、评定规则、评定方法、试件形式与尺寸、检验要求与结果评定,提出了相应的焊接工艺附加评定方法。

＂Welding procedure additional evaluation＂ in the concept of NB/T 47014 -2011 Welding Procedure Qualification for Pressure Equipment is used in this paper. According to the characteristics and welding process of stainless steel clad plates, for chemical composition and susceptibility to intergranular corrosion,the welding procedure additional evaluation has been given around the evaluation scope, evaluation conditions, evaluation factors, evaluation rules, assessment method and form of test sample and size ,inspection requirements and result evaluation.
