上皮性卵巢癌组织中胰岛素样生长因子1及其相关蛋白的表达分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子1(insulin-like growth factor 1,IGF-1)及其受体(insulin-like growth factor 1 receptor,IGF-1R)、胰岛素样生长因子结合蛋白3(insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3,IGFBP3)在上皮性卵巢癌(epithelial ovarian cancer,EOC)组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。方法:采用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)方法检测45例EOC和25例正常卵巢组织标本中IGF-1、IGF-1R、IGFBP3的mRNA表达水平。结果:IGF-1、IGF-1R、IGFBP3在EOC中的表达水平均高于正常卵巢组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),且三者表达的升高程度与肿瘤分化程度、淋巴结转移相关(P<0.05),而与年龄、临床分期无关(P>0.05)。结论:IGF-1、IGF-1R、IGFBP3的表达升高与EOC的发生发展、分化、转移相关。 Objective:To investigate the expression and the clinical significance of insulin-like growth factor 1 (IGF-1) ,insulin-like growth factor 1 reeeptor(IGF-1R) and insulin-like growth factor binding protein 3 (IGFBP3) in epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC). Methods:The expression levels of IGF-1, IGF-1R and IGFBP3 in 45 EOC tissues and 25 normal ovarian tissues were analyzed by using real-time fluorescence quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR). Resuits: The expression levels of IGF-1,1GF-1R and IGFBP3 in EOC were significantly higher than those in normal ovarian tissues(P〈0.05). Increased expression levels of IGF-1, IGF-1R and IGFBP3 were correlated with differentiation degree and lymphatic me- tastasis of EOC(P〈0.05),but were not correlated with age or clinical stage(P〉0.05). Conclusions.. Increased expression levels of IGF-1, IGF-1R and IGFBP3 are associated with the genesis and development of EOC, and they may play important roles in the differentiation and lymphatic metastasis of EOC.
