摘要
在教育变革中,矛盾冲突的本质在于没有达到博弈的均衡。从社会学理论博弈论的视角考察,教师利益冲突主要表现为"零和博弈"、"主从博弈"和"非协作博弈"。探寻这些博弈的内在运行规律,协调教师利益的冲突,需要从以下几方面努力:建立教师利益的激励机制,达成"期望效应";建立教师利益的表达机制,达成"愿景效应";建立合理的教师利益分配机制,达成"合作效应"。
In the educational reform, the essence of contradiction lies in the imbalance of game. Examining from the perspective of sociological game theory, the contradiction of teacher interests mainly includes the "zero-sum game", "stackleberg game" and "non-collaboration game". To explore the internal operational law of these games and coordinate the contradiction of teacher interests, it is necessary to do the following things: establishing the system to motivate teachers, achieving the "expectation effect"; establishing the mechanism for teachers to express their interests, achieving the "prospect effect"; and establishing the reasonable system of allocating teacher interests, achieving the "cooperation effect".
