高质量且有效的教师专业发展的一个显著特征是其包含有评价程序,即在教师专业发展的设计和实施过程中,评价要贯彻始终。"评价驱动"的教师专业发展将评价统整到教师专业发展项目或活动的计划、实施、审查和修正的各个阶段,把评价数据的收集与教师专业发展的过程结合在一起。"评价驱动"的教师专业发展的实施主要围绕规划性评价、形成性评价和总结性评价的具体运作展开,每一类评价的具体运作包括评价内容的确定、评价信息的收集和评价信息的使用三个方面。
One of the significant characteristics of high-quality and effective teachers' professional development is the inclusion of evaluation procedures. In other words, evaluation should be always carried out in the process of design and implementation of professional development. "Evaluation-driven" teachers' professional development integrates the evaluation into the stages of planning, implementing, reviewing and modifying of teachers' professional de- velopment project or activity, and combines the data collection of evaluation with the process of teachers' professional development. "Evaluation-driven" teachers' professional development is implemented mainly around the application of planning evaluation, formative evaluation and summative evaluation, with each including the determination of evaluation contents, the collection of evaluation information and the use of evaluation information.
