摘要
教师专业发展应该是教师个体在群体中并与群体一同获得主动、自觉的发展。教师群体应该具备满足教师情感诉求、进行能量交换、促进教师自主发展的功能。自然科学中的自组织现象恰恰具备这些功能。教师专业发展应关注教师自组织的发展,通过弱化组织界限、实施柔性控制、实行合理激励和重视网络自组织等方式来促进教师自组织的生成。
Teacher's professional development refers to a teacher's active and conscious development in a group and his/her development together with the group. The teacher group should have the functions of meeting teachers' emotional appeal, exchanging the energy, and promoting teachers' active development. Self-organization in the natural sciences just possesses these features. Teachers' professional development should focus on the development of teachers' self-organiza- tion, and promote its generation by weakening the organizational boundaries, implementing the flexible control, conducting reasonable incentives, and attaching great importance to the network self-organization.
