Discussion on the Heat Dissipation Methods of Electronic Devices

文章对热量传递的三种方式进行了分析,找出了对每种方式影响散热的因素,并对新型热管散热的原理进行了探讨,给出了用热管设计IC散热器的原理和思路。

In this paper, three modes of heat transfer are analyzed, finding out the factors affecting heat dissipation of each mode, also the heat dissipation principles of new heat pipe technology are explored. On this basis, the design principles and ideas for IC radiator using heat pipe are given.
