甲状腺良恶性结节的超声弹性研究

摘要 实时超声弹性成像是近年发展起来的一种新的超声显像技术,通过检测施加外部压力所致组织变形和扭曲的程度来反映被检测组织的硬度[1,2]。常用于检查浅表组织或器官。而甲状腺结节疾病较常见,早期发现并鉴别结节性质关系到治疗方案的选择和预后。超声弹性成像技术,能够通过检测组织间的硬度差别来反映病变本身的硬度特性,为鉴别甲状腺良、恶性结节提供了一条新的途径。本文旨在对甲状腺良、恶性结节弹性成像特征进行分析,并评价其在甲状腺良、恶性结节的鉴别诊断中的应用价值。
