分析了活门偶件加工工艺的关键技术,详细介绍了活门球偶件内外球面的加工工艺、检测方法、组合收口技术,为类似活门球偶件的加工提供借鉴。
The key techniques of valve ball coupling process were analyzed. The spherical surface processing, measurement method and combined necking for internal and external sphere of valve ball coupling were introduced. It can be regarded as reference for valve ball coupling process.
