摘要
探讨了图书馆法与学校图书馆的关系,分析了我国学校图书馆法产生的背景,考察了我国学校图书馆的现状,阐述了我国学校图书馆立法的必要性和可能性,提出了对我国学校图书馆法的意见。
This paper probes into the relationship between the library law and the school library law, analyzes the background on which the school library law of our country is produced, investigates the present situation of the school library in our country, expounds the necessity and possibility of the school library legislation in our country, and puts forward some opinions on the school library law of our country.
