Review of the "Ninth Five-year Plan" Period and Prospect of the "Tenth Five-year Plan" Period for the Work of Railway Permanent Way

回顾了“九五”期间工务工作取得的成绩及存在的主要问题,结合铁路运输体制改革的目标及工务工作面临的形势,提出了“十五”工务工作目标和意见。

The achievements and the main problems existed in the work of permanent way during the 'Ninth Five-year Plan' period are reviewed. In combination with the target for the railway transportation system reform and the situation faced with for the work of permanent way, the target and opinion for the work of permanent way during the 'Tenth Five-year Plan' period are put forward.
