摘要
目的研究采自中国南海海域的肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton crassocaule的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱层析和HPLC等分离手段从南海肉芝软珊瑚的乙酸乙酯提取部位分离得到单体化合物,采用现代波谱技术、物理常数对照以及化学方法对单体化合物的结构进行研究。结果从肉芝软珊瑚Sarcophyton crassocaule中分离得到4个单体化合物。应用化学方法、物理常数对照和现代波谱分析技术对其结构进行解析,确定为:氢醌双苄醚(1)、N-正十六烷酰基-十八碳-4(E)-烯神经鞘氨醇(2)、Δ4,5(E),Δ8,9(E)-鞘胺醇-正十六碳酰胺(3)、(2S,3S,4R)-N-2-(1,3,4-三羟基-十八烷基)-十八酰胺(4)。结论化合物1为首次得到的天然氢醌双苄醚类化合物;化合物2-4为神经酰胺类化合物。
Objective To study on the chemical constituents from the soft coral sarcophyton crassocaule of South China Sea.Methods Compounds were isolated by silica gel column chromatography and HPLC.Structures of the compounds were identified on the basis of spectral data,physical constant comparison and chemical methods.Results Four compounds 1-4 were isolated,and their structures were identified as hydroquinone dibenzyl ether(1),N-[(2S,3R,4E)-1,3-dihydroxy-octadec-4-en-2-yl]palmitamide(2), N-[(2S,3R,4E,8E)-1,3-dihydroxyoctadeca-4,8-dien-2-yl] palmitamide(3),N-[(2S,3S,4R)-1,3,4-trihydroxyoctadecan-2-yl]stearamide(4).Conclusion Compound 1 was firstly isolated as natural product, and compounds 2-4 were ceramides.
