复方血栓通胶囊对实验性大鼠脑缺血的保护作用

Effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule on cerebral ischemia injury in rats

目的探讨复方血栓通胶囊对实验性大鼠脑缺血的保护作用,为其防治缺血性中风提供药理学依据。方法通过线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型,观察复方血栓通胶囊对其神经行为、脑含水量、脑梗死面积以及脑组织谷氨酸(Glu)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)含量的影响。结果复方血栓通胶囊能降低大鼠脑缺血模型神经行为学评分,减少脑含水量,缩小脑梗死面积,降低脑组织Glu、MDA、NO的含量。结论复方血栓通胶囊对脑缺血损伤有一定的改善作用,为其临床用于缺血性中风的预防和治疗提供药理学依据。

Objective To investigate the effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule on cerebral ischemia injury in rats. Methods The model of MCAO was established by the method of nylon monofilament via the internal carotid artery. The effect of compound Xueshuantong capsule on the score of neurological deficits, cerebral water content, the brain lesion areas and the level of Glu, MDA and NO in the brain tissue were measured. Results Compound Xueshuantong capsule distinctly reduced the score of neurological deficits, the cerebral water content, the brain lesion areas and the level of Glu, MDA and NO in the brain tissue. Conclusion Compound Xueshuantong capsule has a protective effect on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury in rats, which provides a pharmacological evidence for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke in the clinic application.
