摘要
研究了Boc-L-酪氨酸不同位置甲基化衍生物选择性制备方法。Boc-酪氨酸在不同碱存在下与碘甲烷和硫酸二甲酯等不同甲基化试剂反应,合成了Boc-L-酪氨酸甲酯、Boc-L-4-甲氧基苯丙氨酸甲酯和Boc-L-N-甲基-4-甲氧基苯丙氨酸等N/O-甲基化Boc-酪氨酸衍生物。
At different locations of Boc-L-tyrosine, the selective preparation method of methylation ramifications is studied. Selective methylation reactions of Boc-L-tyrosine and methyl iodide or dimethyl sulphate with the existence of different alkalis are carried out, and N/O-methylation Boc-tyrosine ramifications such as Boc-L-tyrosine methyl ester, Boc-4-methoxyl-L-phenylalanine methyl ester and Boc-N-methyl-4-methoxy-L-phenylalanine are easily prepared.
