摘要
采用臭氧氧化法对酸性红B模拟染料废水进行处理,通过正交试验和单因素试验研究了反应时间、臭氧通量和初始反应pH值等因素对废水处理效果的影响。实验结果表明,在酸性红B质量浓度为250mg/L、反应时间为10min、臭氧通量为10.53mg/min和初始反应pH值为10.0的条件下,酸性红B去除率可达到99.31%,TOC去除率达到44.91%。采用紫外-可见吸收光谱分析表明臭氧可有效破坏酸性红B分子中的共轭体系,达到脱色的目的。臭氧氧化降解酸性红B近似符合一级动力学方程ln(c0/ct)=0.167 7t+1.624 7。
Ozone oxidation treatment for simulated acid red B dye wastewater was investigated. Orthogonal experiments and single factor experiments were applied to determine the optimal operating conditions on COD removal in reaction time, ozone flux, initial pH and reaction temperature. The results show that when the reaction time is 10 rain, ozone flux is 10.53 mg/L, initial pH is 10.0, and acid red B mass is 250mg/L, the acid red B and TOC removals can reach 99.31% and 44.91%, respectively. Ultraviolet-visible spectroscopy analysis shows that the conjugate system of acid red B molecules is effectively destroyed by ozone. The ozone oxidation degradation process of acid red B is approximately complied with the first-order kinetics equation ln(c0/ct)=0.1677t+1.6247.
