Survey on Hand Hygiene Compliance of Nurses in Respiratory ICU

目的调查研究重症监护室护理人员手卫生的认知及执行状况,为提高手卫生管理提供科学依据。方法以呼吸重症监护室为研究场所,由统一培训后的专业人员在各能级护理人员不知情状态下进行现场观察,记录手卫生情况。结果各级护理人员手卫生认知及执行情况不同。护理人员操作前手卫生依从率(46.13%)明显低于操作后手卫生依从率(76.57%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理人员在不同的情况下,手卫生依从率亦有不同。结论各能级护理人员对手卫生知晓率高,但手卫生依从率有待提高,应加强改善及监督护理人员进行操作前手卫生的执行情况。

Objective To study the knowledge of hand hygiene and executive condition of nurses in intensive care unit, provided the scientific basis for improving hand hygiene management. Methods Using respiratory intensive care unit as the research place, the unified training professionals observed the hand hygiene of different levels of nursing staff. Results The hand hygiene cognitive nursing personnel at various levels had different status of implementation. Hand hygiene compliance rate before operation of nursing staff （46.13%） was significantly lower than the rate after operation （76.57%）, P〈0.05. Nursing staff in different situation had different rate of hand hygiene compliance. Conclusion There is a high level awareness of hand hygiene in nursing staff, but we still need to improve hand hygiene compliance rate.
