摘要
本文基于大量的调查与咨询 ,对近年来合肥高新区技术创新取得的绩效进行了全面、客观的分析与评价 ,并揭示了合肥高新区发展过程中所面临的突出问题。以期为合肥高新区制定技术创新战略规划提供依据。
The paper analyses and evaluates the support condition and performance of technical innovation of Hefei High and New Technology Industry Development Zone (HHNTIDZ) systemically, and reveals the extrude problems on the development process of HHNTIDZ.
