摘要
沥青混合料形成了沥青路面的主要结构层,但混合料的整个制作过程伴随着加热、升温和温度的保持。有鉴于此,探讨沥青混合料烘干拌合设备结构的改进及其作业时的节能方法,优化混合料制作工艺将有效提高系统的加热效率和制作质量,亦对降低有害排放和环境保护具有重要意义。
This paper discussed the improvement of asphalt mixture drying and mixing equipment structure and its energy saving method for operation. The optimization of mixture manufacturing process effectively improved the system heating efficiency and the production quality, which had great significance for reducing harmful emissions and environmental protection.
