金平县油茶优良单株的选择初报

Selection of Camellia oleifera Superior Individual Plants in Jinping County,Yunnan Province

指出了油茶是云南省重要的食用木本油料,为开发和利用金平油茶种质资源,推进发展油茶产业,促进金平边疆山区林农增收致富,对其开展了全面的野外调查和种实样本测定分析。经调查和实验室测定评选,从云南省红河州金平县的沙依坡乡、大寨乡和铜厂乡3个乡镇现有的油茶林中,选出金平本地油茶单株74株,通过测定油茶鲜果含水率、含油率,干仁含油率和平均单果鲜重,初选出优良单株共26株,平均单果鲜重不低于15g;鲜果含水率最低23.85%、最高53.34%,鲜果含油率最高7.88%、最低2.58%;干仁含油率最大值39.14%、最小值25.30%。

Camellia is an important woody edible oil material in Yunnan Province. In order to develop and utilize of oleifera germplasm resources of Jinping County, promote the development of camellia industry and increase the farmers＇ income, this article carries out a comprehensive field investigation and real sample determinationof the remote mountain areas in this County. Through investigation and laboratory measurement selection, it selects 74 Camellia oleifera individual plants from the existing copper plant Camellia forest in the County. Through measuring fruit moisture content, fruit oil content, dry kernel oil content and average fruit fresh weight, it selects 24 Camellia oleifera superior content is 23.85 58%, and the h individual plants with the average single fruit weight higher than 15g, the minimum fruit moisture and the highest rate is 53.34 %, the highest fruit oil content is 7.88 % and the minimum rate is 2. ighest dry kernel oil content is %and the minimum rate is 25.30%.
