常德市经济发展与基础设施关系研究

Coupling Association Analysis of Infrastructure and Economic Development of Changde,Hunan Province

通过分析常德市各县域基础设施与经济现状的样本数据,运用回归分析法构建了区域基础设施与经济发展的关联度模型,揭示出了常德市基础设施与经济发展的相关性。结果表明:基础设施与区域经济发展都存在相关关系,包括正相关和负相关。常德市基础设施与经济增长的相关显著程度因基础设施指标种类而不同,并且常德市基础设施指标中绿化基础设施指标的产出弹性大于经济性基础设施指标,体现了基础设施对经济发展的强力支撑。

According to the analysis of the the sample data of infrastructure and economic situation in Changde city＇s two region and seven counties, this article establishes a correlation model between regional infrastructure and economic development by using regression analysis and reveals their correlative degrees in Changde. The results show that almost all the basic facilities existing in development have a strong relationship with regional economy both in positive and negative correlations. Meanwhile, the correlative degree between infrastructure and economic development in Changde varies with the changes of the types of infrastructure indicators which green indicator＇s output flexibility precedes the economic indicator＇s, thereby emboding the strong support of the infrastructure for economic development.
