指出了新员工培训对于员工个人和企业都非常重要。通过对新员工培训的三种理论进行分析,有针对性地提出了新员工培训对策。
New employee training is of great importance for the development of individuals and enterprises. This article analyzes three training theories for new employees and provides corresponding measures for new employee training.
