摘要 对锅炉省煤器的结构、分类以及设计原理进行了详细介绍,分析了省煤器爆管的主要原因:磨损、腐蚀、振动。针对延安炼油厂锅炉省煤器遇到的问题,对其进行了优化改进,通过分析及计算,改变省煤器的结构,由膜式改为光管错列式布置。改造后达到了预期的效果:提高了锅炉运行的安全可靠性。最后总结了省煤器改造后的效果,并且对于省煤器存在的主要问题及解决措施进行了分析总结。 This article introduces the structure, classification and the design principle of boiler economizer in detail, and points out the main reasons of economizer tube burst are abrasion, corrosion and vibration. And then considering the problems of boiler economizer in Yaffan Oil Refinery, the article changes the structure of the economizer from the membrane type into the staggered arrangement of light pipethrough analysis and calculation, so as to make the optimized improvement to the economizer. The optimized economizer can improve the safety and reliaility of boiler operation. Finally, the article summarizes the retrofitting results of the economizer and analyzes the main problems of the economizer and the solving measures.
