关于企业职工文化建设的几点思考

摘要 企业职工文化与企业文化有很大的区别,企业职工文化具有一定的自主性,它关系着企业文化是否能被有效承接和落地,是企业解决执行力和工作绩效问题的一大法宝。职工文化建设的成效,在某种意义上决定着企业的发展和职工的幸福。职工文化建设是企业的一件大事,因此加强企业职工文化建设,应该成为企业党政工团的共识,特别是在全党开展党的群众路线教育实践活动的新形势下,加强企业职工文化建设具有重要的现实意义。 Enterprise employees and corporate culture are very different culture, corporate culture workers have certain autonomy, whether it relates to the corporate culture can be effectively undertake and landing, execution and enterprise to solve the problem of a big job performance magic. Effectiveness of the cultural construction workers, in a sense determines the enterprise's development and well-being of workers.
