通过对当前我国城市建设存在高耗能、高污染的不良现状进行分析,从城市交通设施工程低碳化角度出发,提出低碳城市建设土建工程的新思路和新方法,指出了城市交通建设必须从设计细节入手,进而实现城市建设低碳化发展。
