丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效观察

目的探讨丹红注射液治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法将陕西省结核病防治院收治的73例住院的急性脑梗死患者随机分为对照组(n=36)和治疗组(n=37)。对照组给予常规降颅压、促进脑细胞功能恢复、抗血小板聚集治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用丹红注射液静滴,2周后比较2组患者神经功能缺损程度、D-二聚体水平、血液黏稠度变化。结果治疗组神经功能明显改善;血粘度及D-二聚体水平较对照组下降;治疗组有效率92%,对照组有效率78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丹红注射液能有效缓解脑梗死急性加重期患者的病情,改善症状。

Objective To explore the curative effect of Danhong injection in treatment of cerebral infarction. Methods 73 cases with acute cerebral infarction were divided randomly into control group（n=36） and treatment group （n=37）. The control group was given conventional treatment of intracranial pressure, to promote brain cell function recovery and antiplatelet therapy. Based on the control group treatment, the treatment group was received Danhong injection for intravenous drip. 2 weeks later, the degree of neural function defect, D-dimer, the viscosity of blood were compared. Results Nerve function of the treatment group was improved significantly;Compared with control group, blood viscosity and D-dimer level was decreased （P〈0.05）. The effect rate of treatment group was 92%while the control group was 78%. Conclusion Danhong injection can effectively alleviate the acute exacerbation in patients with cerebral infarctionand improve the symptoms.
