138例阑尾周围脓肿Ⅰ期手术的治疗分析

目的：探讨阑尾周围脓肿1期手术治疗的措施及效果。方法选取中山市坦洲医院2006年10月～2010年10月收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者138例，全部采取1期手术治疗措施，观察患者术后恢复情况及相关并发症的发生几率。结果本组138例全部治愈，术后发生粘连性肠梗阻6例（0.0435%），腹腔脓肿形成1例（0.007%），切口感染3例（0.0217%），无肠瘘发生。结论阑尾周围脓肿1期手术治疗是一种积极可取的治疗手段，并且具有治疗时间短、并发症少、费用低等特点。

Objective To explore the measures and effetts of appendiceal abscess in one stage operation treatment. Methods 138 cases in zhongshan tanzhou hosoital from 2006 October to 2010 year in October admitted patients with periappendicural abscess, take all the one stage operation treatment, the incidence andrelated complications was observed in patients with postoperative recovery. Results In this group, 138 cases were all cured, adhesive intestinal obstruction occurred after operation in 6 casea（0.0435%）, abdominal abscess in 1 cases （0.007%）, incision infection in 3 cases （0.0217%）, no intestinal fistual. Conclusion One stage opertion treatment of periappendiceal abscess is a positive means of treatment, and has short treatment time, less complications, low cost features.
