阻挡钉技术在交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骺端骨折中的应用

目的探讨阻挡钉技术在交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骺端骨折中的应用效果。方法选择2011～2012年40例肱骨干骺端骨折患者为研究对象,将其均分为观察组和对照组（n=20），观察组患者采用阻挡钉技术结合交锁髓内钉技术进行治疗；对照组患者采取非阻挡钉的交锁髓内钉技术进行治疗，粉碎骨折给予钢丝、螺钉固定，观察2组患者并发症发生情况和关节恢复情况。结果治疗后对照组并发症发生率为30%，观察组并发症发生率为10%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；对照组恢复优良率为70%，观察组为95%，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论应用阻挡钉技术结合交锁髓内钉治疗肱骨干骺端骨折可以取得满意疗效。

Objective To investigate the blocking screws in the application of intramedullary nail in treatment of humeral metaphyseal fractures. Methods Retrospective analysis of 2011-2012 fractures of humeral epiphysis end the clinical data of 40 patients, it can be divided into two groups, the observation group, all 20 patients using block nail technology combined with interlocking intramedullary nailing technology, control group 20 patients were taken the block/interlocking intramedullary nailing technology of nail, crush fractures in steel wire, screws, etc, the complications occurrence and joint recovery were observed. Results Complication rates after treatment in the control group was 30%, the observation group was 10%, two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）, statistically significant;Recovery is excellent or good control group is 70%, the observation group 95%, two groups have significant difference （P〈0.05）, with statistical significance. Conclusion The use of blocking screws in the application of intramedullary nail in treatment of humeral metaphyseal fractures can achieve a satisfactory effect.
