丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗淤胆型病毒性肝炎的临床研究

目的：探讨丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗淤积型病毒性肝炎临床应用和疗效。方法选取鹰潭市人民医院铁路分院在2010年1月～2012年12月收治的淤胆型病毒性肝炎患者60例，所有患者均符合临床通用的病毒性肝炎的诊断标准，且经实验室检查明确诊断为淤胆型肝炎，将所有患者随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规保胆、降酶治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上加用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗，对2组的治疗效果进行比较。结果疗效的比较，观察组总有效率（93.3%）显著大于对照组（76.7%）（P〈0.05）；治疗前后2组患者肝功能指标的比较，治疗前2组差异无统计学意义，治疗后观察组ALT、AST、TBil、DBil、TBA指标的下降幅度均明显优于对照组（P〈0.05）。治疗过程中2组患者均未出现不良反应。结论在常规保胆治疗的基础上加用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗淤积型病毒性肝炎患者疗效确切，可明显改善患者的临床症状，且无不良反应，安全性高，值得临床推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of succinic acid adenosine methionine treating cholestatic viral hepatitis. Methods 60 cases with cholestatic viral hepatitis treated in our hospital from January 2010 to December 2012 were selected. All patients conformed to the diagnostic criteria of the common viral hepatitis and were diagnosed as cholestatic viral hepatitis. The patients were divide into two groups randomly, the observation group and the control group. The control group received conventional protecting bile and falling enzyme, and the observation group received the treatment of succinic acid adenosine methionine based on the observation group. The treatment effect of two groups was compared. Results For the efficacy, the total effective rate（93.3%）of the observation group was greater than that（76.7%）of the control group（P〈0.05）. For the liver function indexes, there was no evident difference between two groups before treatment, and the descend range of ALT, AST, TBil, DBil and TBA of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment（P〈0.05）. There ws no adverse reactions for two groups in the process of treatment. Conclusion Applying succinic acid adenosine methionine based on conventional cholesterol treatment to treat patients with cholestatic viral hepatitis not only has evident significant effect and evidently improve the clinical symptoms of patients, but also has no adverse reactions and high safety, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
