城镇化进程中农民继续社会化的障碍及对策

On the Obstacles and Countermeasures for Farmers' Continuing Socialization in the Process of Urbanization

为适应城镇化进程的需要,农民必须进行积极的继续社会化。目前农民继续社会化存在着认识不足、渠道不畅、经济支持欠缺、社会结构不开放等障碍。提高认识、拓宽渠道、加大经济支持力度,建立开放的社会结构是促进农民继续社会化的主要策略。

The farmers have to continue being socialized actively to meet the needs of urbanization. The less awareness, blocked access, money shortage and unopened social structure restrict this socialization progress. The main solution is to raise their awareness, expand the channels, increase financial support, and establish an open social structure for overcoming these obstacles.
