摘要
浸渍包钴的超微铁颗粒 ,经高温退火以后 ,X射线衍射谱表明 ,其表面及内核的结构有了明显的变化 ,这是由于高温退火过程中钴的高游移性及磁致伸缩效应 ,导致钴离子向内核扩散 ,改变了内核及表层的晶格结构。
After being annealed at high temperature, the structure of cobalt soaked ultrafine Fe particles changed obviously. Corresponding X_ray diffraction spectrum showed that the structure of α_Fe and cobalt ferrite had been distorted. This is because of the high mobility of Co 2+ and the magnetostriction of cobalt ferrite resulting in Co 2+ diffusion into inner layer and formation of Fe_Co alloy with α_Fe core.
