摘要
在人才强国战略的背景下,高技能、高素质的人力资源越来越成为推动战略性新兴产业发展的决定性资源。通过对战略性新兴产业人力资源的研究,分析福建省新一代信息技术产业人力需求供给现状,构建学校、企业、政府、社会"四维一体"的人力资源培养机制,推动战略性新兴产业持续快速发展。
In the background of talent-oriented sources with high skills and high quality have strategy for prospering China, human reincreasingly become determining resources which promote the development of a new generation of information technology industry. Through the study of human resources in strategic emerging industry, the present demand for human resources in the new generation of information technology industry in Fujian province were analyzed. A mechanism of "four dimensions in one" is built including schools, enterprises, government and society to promote the sustainable and rapid development of strategic emerging industry in Fujian province.
