石油高校科技经费配置结构与使用效率的比较分析

Comparison between distribution structure and service efficiency of science and technology expenditure in petroleum-based universities

以石油高校科技经费管理为研究对象,从科技经费总额、政府资金拨款和人均科技经费等角度分析了石油高校的科技经费配置结构;利用科技成果及技术转让指标对石油高校科技经费使用效率进行评价,指出了石油高校在科技经费配置结构和使用效率方面的差异,并据此提出了石油高校提升科技经费使用效率的途径。

With the management of science and technology expenditure in petroleum-based universities as the research object, an in-depth analysis was made of the distribution structure of science and technology expenditure in these universities from the perspective of total science ＆ technology expenditure, government＇s funds allocation and percapita science and technology expenditure. By assessing the efficiency of science and technology expenditure in these universities based on scientific and technological achievements and technology transfer index, differences among petroleum-based universities in the distribution structure of science and technology expenditure and service efficiency are pointed out, and then methods to improve the efficiency of science and technology expenditure in these universities are proposed.
