摘要
本文通过文献资料法、访谈法、实验法等方法,以高校高水平运动队为研究对象,通过高校校园文化的视角对高水平运动队的管理进行了探讨,结果发现校园体育文化建设对改善高水平运动队的管理有明显效果。体育文化的视角探讨高水平运动队的管理,是一个全新的思路,希望给高水平运动队的管理提供理论参考。
Through using the method of literature review,interview and experiment,taking college high level sports teams as research object,under the perspective of college campus sports culture,this paper makes analysis on college high level sports team management.The result shows that the construction of campus sports culture has significant effect on improving the management of high level sports teams.Using sports culture to discuss the management of high level sports team is a new idea.It hopes to provide the theoretical reference to the management of high level sports teams.
