尿CTGF水平与糖尿病肾病早期肾损伤的相关性 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究尿结缔组织生长因子(CTGF)与糖尿病肾病肾损伤的相关性,评价其在糖尿病肾病肾损伤诊断中的诊断价值。方法分别检测48例健康体检者、97例糖尿病肾病患者(其中A组为正常蛋白尿38例,B组为微量蛋白尿29例,C组为临床蛋白尿30例)尿结缔组织生长因子水平。对照组来自本院健康体检人群。采用ELISA法检测尿结缔组织生长因子水平,同时检测TG、SCr、GHb、TC及BUN等指标。结果病例组患者尿CTGF平均含量为(50.12±43.32)ng/mg,明显高于对照组尿CTGF平均含量(4.41±2.23)ng/mg,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);3组病例组之间比较发现,蛋白尿水平越高,尿CTGF含量增加越明显。C组尿CTGF含量为(112.24±45.59)ng/mg,明显高于A、B两组(P<0.05);Pearson’s相关性分析结果显示:尿CTGF水平与血清UAE水平呈明显正相关(r=0.721,P<0.05)。结论结缔组织生长因子与糖尿病肾病的发生关系密切,尿结缔组织生长因子水平在DN肾损伤诊断中有一定的临床应用价值。
