摘要
目的观察益气生津活血方对链脲霉素引发糖尿病心肌微血管损伤的保护作用。方法用链脲霉素引发SD雄性大鼠成糖尿病模型,成模后分为5组,分别为益气生津活血方低剂量组、益气生津活血方高剂量组、二甲双胍组、模型对照组、益气生津活血方预防组,另外有一组空白对照组。分别按分组灌胃给药。6周后处死动物,腹腔静脉取血并取心肌匀浆,分别按SICAM-1、IL-1、ET-1说明书测含量,然后HE染色做病理切片。结果模型组与空白对照组空腹血糖比较P<0.05,糖尿病模型成功;模型组与用药组比较,SICAM-1、IL-1、ET-1含量都有显著性差异。结论益气生津活血方对STZ引发糖尿病大鼠模型的心肌微血管损伤有防治作用。
Objective To investigate protective effect of Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue Presciption on streptozotocin-induced microvascular injury of cardiac muscle. Methods Sixty male SD rats were induced diabetic models by streptozotocin and randomly divided into six groups( n=10 in each):a normal control group,a diabetic control group,a metformin group,a Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue Prescription pretreatment group,two Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue Prescription treated groups. After treating diabetic rats by gavage of Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue Prescription,killed them and took blood from the abdominal vein and the homogenate of cardiac muscle. The levels of soluble intracellular adhesion molecule-1(SICAM-1),interleukin-1(IL-1),endothelin-1(ET-1)in cardiac muscle were determined by ELISA,and the blood glucose was measured by the glu-cose oxidase method. Results An increase in fasting blood glucose was observed in the rat model of diabetes when com-pared with normal control groups(P﹤0. 05),indicating the rat model of diabetes was established. The Yiqi Shengjin Huox-ue Prescription significantly reduced fasting blood glucose,decreased the levels of SICAM-1,IL -1 and ET-1 in cardiac muscle of diabetic rats(P﹤0. 05). Conclusion The Yiqi Shengjin Huoxue Prescription can improve glucose homeostasis and protect the microvascular of cardiac muscle in STZ-induced diabetes.
