摘要
信息处理理论认为人的注意力资源是有限的,语言学习者总是遵循优先处理意义而不是形式的原则。在注意力资源有富余的情况下,才会把足够的注意力资源放在语言形式的处理上。通过对某大学随机抽取的90名学生进行研究进一步证明了信息处理理论,就口语流利性而言,同一素材任务重复和不同素材任务重复都有助于提高第二语言学习者在执行新任务时的口语。在准确性和复杂性上,当执行新任务时,同一素材任务重复和不同素材任务重复都没有显著地提高其口语的准确性和复杂性。这一研究结果将为外语口语教学提供更好的借鉴。
Information processing theory holds that a person' s attention resources is limited, language learners always follow the principle--giving meaning priority rather than form. When the attention resource is surplus, enough attention resources is given to process language form. Through the research of 90 students in a university randomly selected, it further proves the information processing theory. On fluency, when the new task is carried out, the same material task repetition and different material task repetition have a positive effect on the improvement of language learners' oral fluency. On accuracy and complexity, when the new task is carried out, the same material task repetition and different material task repetition don' t improve language learners' oral accuracy and oral complexity. This research result will provide a better reference for oral teaching.
