摘要
在RPM激光快速成型软件中 ,利用面向对象的编程思想 ,构造了相应的数据结构。利用布尔运算对无孔实体和有孔实体进行合并处理并根据特定的判断原则得到了首尾相连的多义轮廓线 ,给出了一种实用高效的优化分层算法 。
The database structure is selected by using object-oriented program idea in RPM laser high-speed product software. The object with hole and the object with non-hole are processed together with Boolean operation, according to special judgment principle, forming the outline which is linked by the head and tail, obtaining practical high efficient optimal gradation algorithm, and adopting adaptive compensation technology to the precision of RPM.
