消旋卡多曲颗粒联合儿泻停颗粒治疗轮状病毒肠炎的效果

Efficacy of Racecadotril Granules combined with Erxieting Granules in treatment of infant with rotavirus enteritis

目的探讨消旋卡多曲颗粒联合儿泻停颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎的效果。方法选择2010年12月-2012年12月浙江省诸暨市中心医院儿科门诊确诊为小儿轮状病毒肠炎102例，将其随机分为治疗组和对照组，各51例。对照组给予蒙脱石散剂，1岁以下每日1袋，1-2岁每日1-2袋，2岁以上每日2～3袋，均分3次服用，疗程为3d；治疗组给予消旋卡多曲颗粒口服1．5mg/（kg·次），3次／d，疗程为3d；儿泻停颗粒，〈6个月，1g／次；6个月～2岁．2g／次，2次，d，疗程为3d。结果治疗组显效29例，有效15例，无效7例，有效率为86．3％；对照组显效12例。有效17例，无效22例，有效率为56．9％，两组有效率比较差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0．01）；治疗组退热时间为（2．62±1．49）d。止泻时间为（3．13±1．83）d，止吐时间为（3．16±0．83）d，脱水纠正时间为（2．15±0．53）d；对照组退热时间为（4．86±1．57）d，止泻时间为（6．79±2．44）d，止吐时间为（4．53±0．87）d，脱水纠正时间为（3．36±0．84）d，两组比较，差异均有高度统计学意义（均P〈0．01）。结论消旋卡多曲颗粒联合儿泻停颗粒治疗小儿轮状病毒肠炎效果确切．值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of Racecadotril Granules combined with Erxieting Granules in the treat- ment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Methods 102 children out-patients with infantile rotavirus enteritis in Department of Pediatrics of Zhuji Central Hospital from December 2010 to December 2012, according to their consulting order, whom were randomly divided into control group （n=51） and the observation group （n=51）. Patients in control group were taken montmorillonite, less than 1 year of age, 1 bag a day , 1 to 2 years , 1 to 2 bags a day, more than 2 years of age, 2 to 3 bags a day, three times a day on 3 successive days. The patients in observation group were taken Raceeadotril Granules 1.5 mg/kg per time, three times a day on 3 successive days, combined with Erxieting Granules, less than 6 months of age, once 1 gram, 6 months to 2 years, once 2 gram, on 3 successive days, and therapeutic effects in three groups were evaluated after 5 days. Results In the treatment group, 29 cases were remarkably effective, 15 cases were effective, 7 cases were ineffective and the effective rate was 86.3%; while in the control group, 12 cases were remarkably effective, 17 cases were effective and 22 cases were ineffective, the effective rate was 56.9%, there was a significant difference in the effective rate between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. In the treatment group, the defervescence time was （2.62±1.49） days, the time of stopping diarrhea was （3.13±1.83） days, and the time of antiemetic effect was （3.16± 0.83） days, the time of dehydration correction was （2.15±0.53） days; while in the control group, the defervescence time was （4.86±1.57） days, the time of stopping diarrhea was （6.79±2.44） days, and the time of antiemetic effect was （4.53± 0.87） days, the time of dehydration correction was （3.36±0.84） days; there were significant differences between the two groups （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It has a definite therapeutic effect of Racecadotril Granules combined with Erxieting Granules in treatment of infant with rotavirus enteritis, and it deserves popularization and application.
