错颌畸形及其矫治与社会心理行为关系的研究进展

Research progress on relationship between malocclusion as well as orthodontic treatment and psychosocial behavior

随着生活条件的改善,错颌畸形患者正畸治疗的需求日益增长。人们不仅关注错颌畸形对自身美观和功能的影响,同时更加关注错颌畸形给患者带来的心理影响和正畸治疗对错颌畸形患者社会心理行为的影响。为了更好地遵循"生物-心理-社会医学"模式,使正畸患者得到更好的治疗和满意的治疗效果,心理干预在正畸治疗过程中的作用越来越重要。本文就近年来有关错颌畸形和正畸治疗与社会心理行为的关系进行了相关概述,并探讨了其在国内尚待深入的研究方向。

With the improvement of living conditions, orthodontic treatment needs of patients with malocclusion is growing. People do not only pay attention to the effect on beauty and function of malocclusion, but also pay more attention to psychological effect resulted from malocclusion and psyehosocical behaviour effect of orthodontic treatment. In order to follow the model of ＂living beings-psychology-social medicine＂ and provide better treatment for patients with malocclusion and obtain satisfying therapeutic effect, the role of psychological intervention is more and more important in the process of orthodontic treatment. The purpose of this paper is to review the latest relative researches on relationship between malocclusion as well as orthodontic treatment and psychosocial behaviour, and to discuss the domestic further research direction.
