摘要
就如何上好一堂课 ,从教师应具备的素养 ,教师的备课、上课以及课外辅导等方面作了阐述。指出要成为一名合格的人民教师 ,不仅要具有多方面的素养 。
If we want to become really qualified teachers, we not only have accomplishments in many ways, but also expend hard and careful work in teaching. Starting from angle of having a lesson well, this paper expounds teachers' accomplishments, preparing lessons, having lesson, instruction after class and so on.
