新生儿心肌损伤与妊娠高血压疾病的关系研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过检测妊娠高血压疾病(HDCP)母亲所生新生儿的肌钙蛋白(cTnT)水平,对比分析新生儿心肌损害与HDCP的关系。方法选择55例HDCP母亲所生新生儿为研究组,根据母亲患病情况将其分为轻度组34例,重度组21例。选择同期健康母亲所生新生儿30例为对照组,检测并比较各组治疗前后cTnT水平变化情况及心肌损伤率。结果轻度组、重度组心肌及对照组cTnT水平分别为(110.58±35.55)、(182.84±72.77)、(64.35±22.41)μg/L,三组比较差异统计学意义(P<0.05);重度组患儿心肌损伤率(76.2%)明显高于轻度组(54.2%),差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,轻度组和重度组cTnT水平均明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HDCP母亲所生新生儿心肌损伤发生率明显高于健康母亲的新生儿,在临床中应高度重视妊娠高血压对新生儿的影响,及早行心肌酶检测,保护新生儿心功能,可有效预防并发症。 Objective To contrastive analyze the relationship between neonatal myocardial damage and hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy (HDCP) by the detecting of cTnT levels of newborns horn to mothers with HDCP. Methods 55 infants born to mothers with HDCP were selected as study group, and they were divided into mild group (34 cases) and severe group (21 cases). 30 newborns born to healthy mothers in same period were selected as control group. The levels of cTnT before and after the trenament and the rate of myocardial injury were detected and compared. Results The level of cTnT in mild group, severe group, and control group were (110.58±35.55), (182.84±72.77), (64.35± 22.41 )μg/L respectively, the differences of three groups were statistically significant (P 〈 0.05); the rate of myocardial injury in severe group (76.2%) was higher than that of the control group (54.2%), the difference was statistically signif- icant (P 〈 0.05). The level of cTnT in mild group and severe group were significantly decreased after treatment com- pared with before treatment, the difference was statistically significant (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The incidence of myocar- dial injury in newborn born to mothers with HDCP is significantly higher than that of the newborn born to healthy mother, should attach great importance to the influence of gestational hypertension on the newborn in the clinical, test the myocardial enzyme early, protect the cardiac function of neonatal, can prevent the complications effectively.
