摘要
目的通过回顾肠造瘘术后的患儿肛门直肠测压资料,评价肛门直肠测压相关指标在该类患儿中的作用。方法 2011年7月至2013年7月期间,对53例在新生儿期行肠造瘘术后的患儿进行肛门直肠测压,并与钡剂灌肠、手术及病理资料进行对照。结果 53例患儿中,回肠造瘘27例,结肠造瘘26例;47例存在直肠肛管抑制反射,6例减弱或消失。经手术及术后病理证实无神经节细胞症3例,神经节细胞发育不良5例,乙状结肠狭窄6例,胎粪性腹膜炎8例,坏死性小肠结肠炎31例。肛门直肠测压诊断HD/IND的符合率为96%。结论肛门直肠测压可有效提高肠造瘘术后患儿诊断正确率,指导临床治疗。
Objective To evaluate the role of anorectal manometry in infants after enterostomy. Methods Anorectal manometry was performed in 53 enterostomal infants who was operated during neonatal period.The data of enem,surgery and pathology was analyzed at the same time. Results RAIR was normal in 47 patients and abnormal in 6.After surgery and pathology,3 was confirmed as Hirschsprung disease,5 was Intestinal neuronal dysplasia,6 was colonic stenosis,8 was meconium peritonitis,31 was neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis. Diagnostic accuracy rate of HD/IND was 96%. Conclusions Anorectal manometry was efficient in the diagnosis of infants after enterostomy.
