消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的疗效观察

Efficacy of Infants with Rotavirus Enteritis Racecadotril Treatment

目的观察消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。方法2011年～2013年间，240例轮状病毒肠炎患儿随机分为两组，对照组120例，均给予补锌、补液等常规治疗。治疗组在此基础上加用消旋卡多曲治疗，观察对比两组的疗效及副作用。结果治疗组总有效率为73．3％，对照组总有效率为59．1％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。两组未见明显不良反应。结论消旋卡多曲治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎安全、有效，值得临床椎广使用。

Objective To evaluate clinical effects of racecadotril in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis. Method 240 cases of rotavirus enteritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. One is treated group（n=120） who received racecadotril and zinc,fluid supplements, another is control group（n=120） who received zinc and fluid supplements. Observe the clinical effects of these two groups. Result The total effective rates of treated group were 73.3% while control group were 59.1%： There were significant statistical difference in total effective rates between two groups（P〈 0.05）. In addition, adverse effects were not observed in two groups. Conclusion It is safe, useful of racecadotril in treatment of infantile rotavirus enteritis and is worth of being generalized.
