感染性心内膜炎86例临床分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的分析感染性心内膜炎患者的临床特点及治疗转归情况。方法回顾性分析86例感染性心内膜炎患者的临床资料,包括心脏基础疾病、临床特征、实验室检查、超声心动图检查和治疗转归等。结果 86例患者中71例(82.6%)有心脏疾病,81例(94.2%)患者有发热症状,78例(90.7%)患者心脏有杂音,白细胞增高65例(75.6%),47例(54.7%)患者血培养阳性。86例患者均做超声心动图检查,83(96.5%)例检查到赘生物。70例(81.4%)患者治疗后痊愈或好转,16例(18.6%)患者死亡。结论超声心动图检查和血培养有助于感染性心内膜炎的早期诊断,以便于尽早治疗。
