中西药保守治疗异位妊娠的临床观察

目的探讨中西药结合治疗异位妊娠的临床效果。方法使用西药甲氨蝶呤,米非司酮和宫外孕Ⅱ号方结合治疗异位妊娠,定期观察患者的临床表现及治疗效果。结果 1例患者治疗过程中出现轻微腹痛,2例患者出现剧烈腹痛,1例出现轻度肝功能损害,治疗成功率为90.625%。结论甲氨蝶呤,米非司酮和宫外孕Ⅱ号方治疗异位妊娠的方法成功率高,对身体伤害小,并且无明显的副作用,可以在临床上推广使用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of ectopic pregnancy. Methods The use of Western medicine methotrexate, mifepristone and EPII decoction combined with treatment of ectopic pregnancy, regularly observe the clinical manifestation and treatment effect of patients with. Results Mild abdominal pain occurred in 1 patients during the treatment, 2 patients had severe abdominal pain, 1 cases had mild liver dysfunction, The treatment success rate was 90.625%. Conclusion The method of mifepristone and methotrexate, EPII Decoction in the treatment of ectopic pregnancy with high success rate, damage to the body small, and no obvious side effects, and can be used in clinical practice.
