健康信念模式对寻常型银屑病患者的影响

Influence of health belief model on patients with psoriasis vulgaris

目的:探讨健康信念模式对寻常型银屑病患者自我管理疾病能力及生活质量的影响。方法:将296例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为干预组和对照组各148例,对照组进行常规健康教育,干预组给予健康信念模式;比较两组健康教育前后自我管理疾病能力及生活质量。结果:健康教育后,干预组自我管理疾病能力评分明显高于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05),皮肤病生活质量指数评分低于对照组(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:对寻常型银屑病患者实施健康信念模式,可明显提高患者自我管理疾病能力及生活质量,值得推广应用。

Objective：Tostudytheinfluenceofhealthbeliefmodelontheself-managementabilityandqualityoflifeofpatientswith psoriasis vulgaris. Methods：296 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group （148 cases in each group）. The routine health education was given to the patients in the control group;the health belief model was imple-mented in the intervention group. The self-management ability and quality of life of patients with psoriasis vulgaris were compared be-tween the two groups before and after health education. Results：After health education,the score of self-management ability of the patients was significantly higher in the intervention group than the control group（P﹤0. 01,P﹤0. 05）;the score of DLQI was lower in the inter-vention group than the control group（P﹤0. 01,P﹤0. 05）. Conclusion：Application of health belief model to patients with psoriasis vulgar-is can significantly improve their self-management ability and quality of life.
