摘要
目的:探讨PBL教学法在临床护理人员专业英语能力培训中的应用效果。方法:采取集中授课、观看视频、分组情景模拟练习、英文文献编译、护理英文学术报告及英语角活动等循序渐进的培训模式,对160名英语成绩优异的临床护理人员进行为期9个月的英语学术推广小组培训活动,培训后对英语笔试成绩、英语口语成绩、SCI文章发表数量与培训前进行比较。结果:培训后,护理人员笔试及口语成绩较培训前显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:英语学术推广小组活动是一种行之有效的临床护理专业英语培训方式,能有效提高护理人员的专业英语口语与书面表达能力,同时也提高护理人员SCI文章发表率与科研水平。
Objective :To investigate the application effect of PBL teaching method in the training for clinical nursing staff on profession al English ability. Methods:The step by step training model was adopted in the training, such as centralized instruction, watching videos, scene simulation exercise, English literature compilation' nursing English academic reports and English comer activities. The 9 - month English academic promotion team training activity was provided for 160 clinical nursing staff that has the excellent English level. The writ- ten English test results, oral English test results, the number of published SCI articles were compared after the training with those before the training. Results:The written and oral English test results of nursing staff significantly improved after the training compared with those be- fore the training I P 〈 0.05 }. Conclusion : The English academic promotion team training activity is one of effective training models of clini- cal nursing professional English, which can effectively improve the nurses' professional English ability both in oral and written English,in- crease the published rate of SCI articles and upgrade the level of scientific research of nursing staff as well.
