个性化康复指导在全髋关节置换术后患者中的应用

Application of the individualized rehabilitation guidance to the patients after total hip arthroplasty

目的:探讨个性化康复指导在全髋关节置换术后患者中的应用。方法:将在我院行单侧全髋关节置换术的240例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各120例,对照组实施髋关节置换术后骨科护理常规,实验组在此基础上针对患者的个体情况,实施全面的、循序渐进的个性化康复指导。结果:术后3个月随访时实验组Harris评分、术侧髋关节的屈曲活动度、VAS评分均优于对照组,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组关节功能获优78例,良40例,中2例,优良率98.33%;对照组获优71例,良45例,中4例,优良率96.67%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:个性化的康复指导能最大限度地减少THA术后并发症的发生,巩固手术疗效,改善关节功能,提高患者的生活质量,值得临床应用和推广。

Objective：Toexploretheapplicationoftheindividualizedrehabilitationguidancetothepatientsaftertotalhiparthroplasty. Methods：240 patients who underwent unilateral total hip replacement in our hospital were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group（120 cases in each group）. The routine orthopedic nursing care was taken in the control group and the individualized and comprehensive rehabilitation guidance was additionally provided for the patients in the experimental group. Results：After 3 -month follow-up,the Harris score,the range of flexion of the operated hip and VAS score were superior in the experimental group to the control group（P﹤0. 05）;the joint function were excellent in 78 cases,good in 40 cases,fair in 2 cases,the excellent and good rate was 98. 33%in the experimental group;the joint function were excellent in 71 cases,good in 45 cases and fair in 4 cases,the excellent and good rate was 96. 67% in the control group and no statistically significant differences between the two groups（P﹥0. 05）. Conclusion：The individualized rehabilitation guidance can minimize the occurrence of complications after THA,consolidate curative effect and improve joint function and quality of life of the patients.
